Supermass Nutrition Good Night (Chocolate Dream) Review

Hello, reader! Drum roll . . . The first supplement review of this blog: Supermass Nutrition - Good Night - Protein (Chocolate Dream) Supermass Nutrition  has hit the mark with this product. It's been an evening routine for me since November 2017 and I've yet to grow bored of it. The flavour is wonderfully full of chocolate. The powder mixes well with water and oat drink, for instance, and it's gentle to digest. The mix of high quality whey protein and casein delivers what it promises: I feel nourished when waking up in the middle of the night, and in the mornings I'm not as famished as I used to be. And! My quality of sleep has definitely improved. I've always been a very fidgety sleeper, so this tackles two problems at once: I have deeper sleep and I have sustenance for my occasional tossing and turning. Welcome to my blog, reader! First, let me introduce myself. I'm a Finnish man in his thirties. I have an MD and I'm specializing in psychiatry. I have always been somewhat active and sporty, but it's been the last year that's made me pursue a more athletic life and a calmer mind - an update into healthier me. This blog is about sharing my personal experiences with training, meditation, nutrition and all kinds of things related to these subjects. For instance, there will be reviews of supplements, training accessories and training programs, tips for being more mindful in everyday life and little bits of advice on keeping one's psyche at its best.
