Welcome to my blog, reader! First, let me introduce myself. I'm a Finnish man in his thirties. I have an MD and I'm specializing in psychiatry. I have always been somewhat active and sporty, but it's been the last year that's made me pursue a more athletic life and a calmer mind - an update into healthier me.
This blog is about sharing my personal experiences with training, meditation, nutrition and all kinds of things related to these subjects. For instance, there will be reviews of supplements, training accessories and training programs, tips for being more mindful in everyday life and little bits of advice on keeping one's psyche at its best.
I will post regularly 1-3 times per week. In the first posts I will also tell a little bit more about myself. Welcome aboard!
